The 1961 World Series saw a quality Cincinnati Reds team pitted against one of the very top Yankee teams in baseball history. The Yanks took the series four game to one. The offered lot is a very high quality signed original 1961 World Series program. Collected with great care, this has a remarkable 33 different signatures. The cover is signed by Ralph Houk and Mel Allen. The HOF signatures are from Berra, Ford, Mantle and Frank Robinson. The other autographs include Boyer, Cerv, Kubek, Pinson, Richardson, Skowron and Turley. Scored for game one, the signatures are in Mint blue sharpie ink almost invariably and look great.
