Listing Details

A rare card, this might be only the second time in thirty years that we have seen or handled one of these. A novel card with good color, this is an absolute key to this elusive early 1930s set. Nicely cut, this has fairly crisp edges, a clean back and an attractive overall look and feel. Light corner wear is present, this appears to be a very solid card for the grade. Please note there has not been a public sale for this card in any grade since 2022. Likely the highest grade example extant, going back to 2010 in VCP, the only example with a numerical grade that sold was a Beckett 1 back in 2014. Who wants to own a card of a major HOFer that (almost) no one else has?
