A very scarce regional issue, these hardly ever come to market. There is not a single sale for this card on VCP! A more than respectable card for the grade, some creasing and general wear is present. The image is not bad at all, the back has no paper loss. The corner wear is consistent, who wants to own a card that almost no one else has?
