A very scarce regional issue, these hardly ever come to market. The last sale on VCP for this card was in 2016! Offered is a particularly strong 3 with a fine image and clean surfaces. The surfaces are clean, the back is fine. A crease is visible on the right side of the card, this displays well for a 3.
