A very unusual and popular early 1920s Babe Ruth card, these were issued on candy boxes and had to be cut up. Freshly slabbed, this is well cut with nice borders. The color and imagery are very solid here. The corner wear is not bad at all, the back is clean. The card has definite creasing, but we feel this should have been a 1.5 or a 2, the 1 grade is harsh here to our eyes. The image really does look great here.
