From the Mike Andersen collection, this is a terrific lot of JD McCarthy and related Detroit Tigers postcards. Nearly all of the pieces appear to be signed, it is very possible that there could be some very tough pieces in this fresh collection that was all obtained at the time. The better names include Kaline (2), Kell (4), McLain, Freehan, Lolich, Kuenn, Martin and R. Ferrell (2). We did not show these to JSA, a few secretarial signatures are possible.
