A neat piece as this was signed as President, this is dated 9/1/1851. Written to the King of Sardinia, this authorizes the Secretary of State to affix the Presidential seal to a letter envelope. The signature is large and fine, this is very clean overall and displays quite well overall. JSA LOAA.
