This is an absolute key card to one of the great color 19th century card sets. A fascinating HOFer and one of baseball's first superstars, his few cards seem like such bargains right now. Freshly slabbed at the National, this is a very conservative 1. We do not see any creasing, even under magnification. The back has no paper loss or damage. The card retains good color and an attractive image. Corner wear is certainly present, as is some general surface wear. This card will be far superior to almost any other PSA 1 card on the market.
