A rougher but pleasing set, this set could use some upgrading. The cards get nicer as they go along, the high numbers are a full grade above the rest of the set, and have many nice cards. The cards mainly range from Good to VG-Ex/Ex, we feel more than half are VG Plus. The missing cards are 300, 423, 440 and 541. A set that is loaded with value given the many stars and the underrated high number run, we rate the better cards in the lot as follows: 21 Berra VG+, 29 Brock Ex, 50 Mantle GVG, 55 Banks VG+, 103 Curt Flood VG+, 125 Rose Good, 150 Mays Poor (tape), 200 Koufax GVG, 210 Yastrzemski VG+, 225 Maris VG-Ex, 230 B.
