One of the great images in early 20th century baseball, legends Ty Cobb and Honus Wagner paired off in just one World Series (Wagner's Pittsburgh Pirates were the victors). Freshly slabbed, this vital image displays well, the large format really makes this card. This grade a 1 due to a minute closed tear at the top border and wear on three of the four corners. This unforgettable image is not affected in any way by these flaws, and looks terrific. The black back is clean as well, this is an outstanding card for the grade. Printed on very fragile stock, a 1 grade is very good for this set.
