Bill Cissell played from 1928 - 1938 for various teams; he died in 1949 at age 45. A very scarce signature, a card is particularly hard to find. Offered is a potentially 1/1 signed card, as the W574s are a scarce issue. The card itself has creasing and cutting issues, it is lower grade. The autograph is in solid period fountain pen ink. Who wants to own a signed card that no one else has?
