A truly remarkable item, high quality NBA items from the 1950s are just so much scarcer than baseball, football or boxing items. A real gem offered is a clean mid-grade 1959 NBA All Star Game signed program. The game took place on January 23, 1959 in Detroit, Michigan. The autographs are all period, as follows: Arizin, Auerbach, Baylor, Costello, Cousy, Foust, Garmaker, Guerin, Hagen, Kerr, Macauley, Martin, McGuire, Pettit, Russell, Sauldsberry, Schayes, Sears, Sharman, Shue, Twyman, Yardley. Signed by every possible player, this is just amazing! There are a bevy of HOFers here, some of the signatures may well be rare. Bill Russell famously hated signing anything as a player, he is of course the key to the lot. JSA LOA (full).
