One of the ultimate signed baseball bats, these always been scarce and desirable. Mantle did not like signing these, they were always in very limited supply. Fresh to market, our consignor for this lot worked with Mantle at shows in the 1980s. The bat is a clean Mickey Mantle K55 model. Signed boldly by Mantle in a perfect spot, subtle coating protects the signature but does not lighten in. Fine piece. JSA LOA (full).
