A desirable set this is loaded with stars, these are very clean overall. Each card is in a Card Saver for protection, the autographs are bold and fine overall. Five cards are slabbed: 58 Davey Johnson SGC 5, 211 Jackson/Rose MVP PSA 7/7, 223 Yount RC PSA 6/10, 280 Yastrzemski Beckett 8.5/10 and 306 Carew/Garr PSA 5/8. These better signatures are also included in the lot: Bench, Blue, Blyleven, Carlton, Carroll, Concepcion, Garvey, Geronimo, Gossage, Jackson, Morgan, Parker, Perez, Rice RC, F. Robinson, Rose, Schmidt, Simmons, Staub, Winfield. These are not in number order, so some duplication is possible. A single owner lot, nearly all were obtained in person. The lot is being sold as-is due to the size, we would be very surprised if there were any major issues here. The value of these cards as singles has to be tremendous in today's market. This is not a lot that one is likely to encounter again anytime soon, our consignor spent decades working on getting these signed in person.
