An interesting display piece, this checks in at 27x32. This is a grand Birthday Scroll Style ode to a Colonel James Philbrook on August 4, 1943. There are 30 total signatures, but 12 are secretarial. The authentic signatures include HOFers Joe McCarthy, Ed Barrow, Earle Combs, Art Fletcher (D'1950), George Stirnweiss (D'1958) and Charlie Keller. The signatures are in flowing period fountain pen, sadly they are probably worth more cut up as singles. JSA LOAA.
