Quite clean and fine, there is one nick on the hat, this is an interesting item that displays very well. It is our understanding that in the 1962 sSeason there were a few old square base nodders. Instead of throwing the bases out, the manufacture decided to paint the white bases green and about 100 pieces were issued with 1962 square green base. The bases were painted green and were issued in the first run. When you see these rare green base nodders, they are typically Reds or Dodgers. We believe this 1962 square green base is the first square green base issued.
