Offered is a handsome large format Presidential signed document from 1901. This checks in at 21x16. Some general wear is present, the document has been folded, tape is present at the far edges. The signature is flawless, as is the Presidential seal. The document is a Military Appoint ment for a Joseph Blanchard to serve in the Phillipines. JSA LOAA.
