A true rarity, Foxx had only a short window to sign one of these. Missing from 99% of all signed Yellow HOF Plaque sets, this is a great piece to add to a set. In addition, when these do come around, they are almost always signed on the back. The offered lot is a very PSA 7 exemplar. The legendary Foxx signed this neatly in blue ballpoint ink at the bottom border. Slabbed Near Mint 7 by PSA, this is something that you may not see again for years. A great value in today's market, this is a terrific piece.
