A super cool 1950s baseball card collectible that hardly ever comes to market, offered is the original store display box for the seminal 1953 Bowman Color issue. A revered and unique set that is beloved by collectors to this day, this is among the rarest 1950s baseball card display boxes. Interestingly enough, Bowman paid Joe DiMaggio for the cover endorsement, the top name in baseball even a few after his retirement. The box is complete. Tape subtly keeps the top lid with the rest of the box. General wear is present at the corners, this displays really well overall. There are only three public sales for these going back many years, the last example was very rough and traded in 2021. Who wants own something related to one of the great vintage baseball card sets that (almost) no one else has?
